I drew the Eevee first, but it looked like it needed a background to go with it, so I just put it on a sidewalk. I like some of the little details in it, but in the end I couldn't think of enough details so it has a lot of empty space.
It would probably look less vacant if I were to crop off some of the right side, but I was using this as a desktop background at the time, so I needed that space to fill the screen.
