Nidorina. If the appearance seems a little off, it's because I drew 80% of the thing before making a final decision on whether or not it should be a rattata.
I am very happy with how the background came out here. It's too bad the nidorina itself wasn't quite as good. I think the biggest problem area is the left hand, which could be facing towards or away from the viewer depending on how you look at it.
