Last year, somebody, somewhere declared that November 21st would be Eevee Day, and much arting occurred.
After looking at some of said art ( like this and this ), I came to the conclusion that Eevee Day coincides with Day Where Eevee Evolutions Are Really Tiny For Some Reason. So why not celebrate both? It's not often I do "blatantly overly cutesy" stuff on purpose, anyhow.
This picture is an unshaded rush job that I was just trying to make presentable before it stopped being November 21st. I had planned to finish it up at a later date, but that hasn't happened yet.
